Sales

The role of the Sales Department is above all to promote and sell products. This is achieved through actions with customers and prospects in all markets (aeronautics, space, nuclear, rail, etc.).

Supply Chain

The Supply Chain spread throughout the company all necessary information flow to a delivery of our customers in the best conditions. For this, 60 employees are active each day to register orders, purchase and procure parts, plan the production, receive and serve the production, pack and ship orders.

R&D

Research and Innovation are essential to our long-term development, and are at the heart of LEACH INTERNATIONAL EUROPE's strategy, to which we devote substantial material and human resources.

HR

The role of the Human Resources department is to support the company in its development and the implementation of its strategy, while guaranteeing the safety of all concerned.

Finances

It is responsible for drawing up the Group's French statutory and consolidated financial statements. Through its vision of management and financial flows, it guides management in its choices.

Quality

The Quality department plays a cross-functional role within the organization. Spread over the two LEACH sites, it is involved in all stages of the product life cycle to ensure that our customers' requirements are met, and to maintain the dynamic of continuous improvement.

Operations

The Operation department oversees sites in Niort and Sarralbe, production, procurement, supply chain, and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include implementing safety procedures, maintaining equipment, and expansion plans while adhering to environmental regulations.

IT

The role of the IT departement is to provide all Leach users with the tools information technology that they need in accordance with the company strategy. During their lifespan, it must ensure service and maintenance.

The Production Quality Engineer's mission is to analyze and deal with production non-conformities by driving continuous improvement within the Production Unit and proposing improvements to procedures. He/she is also in charge of handling customer complaints, and bringing them to a successful conclusion. His/her mission is to promote the spirit of quality to all Production Unit employees, so that they are proactive in solving problems and anticipating non-conformities.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Legal Advisor is responsible for securing the company's legal interests in its contractual relations with its business partners, drawing up contractual templates for all the company's activities, managing claims, acting as Business Partner to management, act as legal advisor to all company departments, interface with external law firms, monitor litigation files, help protect the company's interests in the area of commercial compliance, provide support on customs matters.

Production Manager NPI (New Industrial Projects) m/f

The development of new products and improvement solutions is essential for LEACH. To ensure the success of these projects, effective coordination between project teams and production is essential. The NPI (New Industrial Projects) Production Manager, reporting to the Operations Department, will be responsible for ensuring that projects are implemented in production under the best possible conditions and on schedule.
The NPI Production Manager will play a key role in bringing new design projects into production, and will be essential to the success of new product developments and enhancements. This position requires a strong ability to work as part of a team, and to effectively coordinate the various parties involved to ensure that projects are implemented on schedule and in line with quality requirements.
